Savory Herb Muffins ~ Mini-Size

Sooo Good!

I'd like to thank our FOODIE FRIDAY Host ~

Designs By Gollum

for graciously hosting (and always entertaining us!)

Please go check Michael's blog, and see who else is participating this week. :)

These are super with fresh herbs, but they taste really good with dried herbs, too.

Simple to mix up in a few minutes ~ I hope you like them if you give them a try.

You can use fresh or dried herbs, any combination that you like.

This time I used chives and thyme from the herb garden.

They go together in moments and are a good accompaniment with soups or salads.

You might also like them for brunch, or on the cheese tray.

I find them irresistible as a snack.

If you would like a printable copy of the recipe, you can find it on my recipe blog by clicking

  1. Mari, these look wonderful. I can think of all kinds of things to add or use in lieu of the herbs to change this up: minced red pepper, corn, jalapeno, cheese... Love the way you photographed them, too. Beautiful, as always!

  5. I know these are good, but I think you could probably photograph dirt and make it look appetizing :) My herbs are doing well and I really would not have thought of this--thanks and have a great holiday!

My chef son will be here in 2 days (the Viking was repaired today--finally. I never thought I'd dance to see those blue flames, but I sure did!).
