Deep Dark Mahogany Glazed Wings

They ARE shockingly DARK, but they are not burned. :)

The dark color is due to the baking sauce ~

Soy Sauce, Dry Cocktail Sherry, Garlic, Ginger and Sugar.
The flavor is very similar to teriyaki, but more intense.

Fine party fare for a casual gathering (because they are a little messy to eat), and delicious hot from the oven or at room temperature.

If you would like a printable copy of the recipe, it can be found on my other blog;

  1. Love the bowl from a cabbage! Who needs to buy those expensive cabbage shaped bowls, when you can make one that looks this great? I'm going to check out this recipe. Looks delicious. laurie

  3. At first I thought it was a little chocolate delicacy in a pretty paper cup--shows where my mind immediately goes :) The wings do look good!
