Once Upon A Plate ~ time to revisit a previous blog entry.
This week we're revisiting last August's Garden Party Buffet.

To begin, we served a White Gazpacho which was very popular ~
the green grapes, and almonds add excellent flavor and textural interest.
I think you'll like this one, it's slightly sweet and mildly tangy, PLUS it is Vegetarian Friendly.

If you would like a printable version of the recipe, it is available on my alternate blog ~

That looks so fresh and pretty-I love your photos!
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend,
Carolyn

ReplyDeleteIt looks truly amazing. Photography is spectacular. I am sure it tastes just as good.
ReplyDeleteMary, we made the soup last year and enjoyed it. I love your presentation!
ReplyDelete"Regular" gazpacho is one of my absolute favorites and this certainly sounds like a great new twist!
ReplyDeleteMari,
ReplyDeleteI made a similar recipe for my mother's birthday dinner last year. So refreshing and unusual. Time to make another batch!
