First of all I would like to thank each of you for your tremendous interest in the Tea Set Drawing and also for your support of my blog.
Mr. OUaP was a great help in numbering each entry, and he also assigned numbers to OUaP followers who entered so those entries would have double the chance of winning.
OH my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh! I can't believe this! This is soooo wonderful. I was screaming when I saw this. I immediately ran to tell my Ole Sweetie-Pi and was so excited that I couldn't get the words out to tell him. I finally had to log onto his computer and come here to point it out to him, all the while just dancing and babbling.
I LOVE this pattern with my whole heart, ever since I was a kid, because it was on my beloved Grandmother's table. It holds great sentimental feelings for me, it just fills me with such joy and sweet nostalgia for those long ago days, when even the simplest meals were special because they were made with love.
Mari, I cannot thank you enough for hosting this giveaway. I wish I knew the words to express how thrilled I am and how much I will cherish this always.
Aww, I got goosebumps when I read Katy's response. How *nice* that the winner is someone who will cherish this set and be reminded of fond memories while using it. Congratulations, Katy!
Congrats to the winner! That is one gorgeous tea set! I think I must of missed entering this one. I hear you on the cold thing.. it's really making the runs (don't you just love February?) & my husband is actually out to buy me tylenol, g'ale, salteenes right now. ;-)
Wow, after reading Katy's response to being the winner, I am so happy for her! How delightful that this lovely prize will go to someone that it means so much to. Isn't it wonderful how sometimes things go just the way they should, congrats Katy!
Feel better soon, get some sleep and take care of yourself.
Congratulations to Katy! I got goose bumps, too, when I read her response. How sweet!
Hope you feel better quickly, Mari. No fun being under the weather. If I lived closer, I'd make you some hot tea with honey & lemon & some chicken soup, too!
Mari, it's Lee from www.mancooking101.com. You complimented me meager start and I appreciated it. Can you answer a question for me? Your photography is so beautiful. Do you do your own or do you have a professional doing it? Also, where can I find out how to participate in the Saturday blog event? Thanks! Lee Brown

About my recipes ~
Hi and welcome! I'm a long-time cook and tend to improvise often, adjusting recipes to my own taste. Usually I'll describe how I put the dish together so you can make it the way you like it.
I have cataloged some of the recipes in a printable format on my recipe blog, Once Upon a Plate ~ the recipes. Please LEFT-MOUSE click HEREif you would like to see what is available there.
Thank you so much for stopping by, and for any comments you would like to share. I read and appreciate every one! :)
