Looks fabulous! I do a similar grilled wing but use a dry rub first and then grill, when they are almost ready I use the Franks Wing Sauce. We love them. I am going to have to try the soy sauce and dressing route! What could be bad! Beautidul pics my friend....as always!
Mari, We recently grilled some chicken wings and I liked them so much better than having them fried. I cannot eat fried at all anymore although I do love fried fish. I did enjoy these chicken wings more grilled, it gave them a really nice crispness. We didn't baste them with any sauce but put the sauce on after they came off the grill and the crispness stayed with the wings. We used a bottled sauce but it was good, Budweiser chicken wing sauce. Now I haven't checked the fat content of that but I bet it wasn't 0%. They were good and maybe I don't want to check the fat content, I probably would never eat them again? I rarely eat them anyway but they do make for a great football season app. Loved your post and I will try them your way the next time we make chicken wings.

ReplyDeleteWings are one of the best gathering friendly dishes. They create friendship over sticky fingers and sighs.

ReplyDeleteHi Kathleen~ So good to see you here!! Thanks for stopping by for a visit. ((hugs)) ~m.
ReplyDeleteI typically grill or bake my chicken wings too. Frying them makes them very fattening and greasy.
ReplyDeleteThese wings look divine. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
