I know it DOES take quite a long time to knead. I kneaded for about three minutes and then got grossed out by all the butter squishing between my fingers and stopped, but my dough is sort of coated in butter blobs. Should this not happen?PrettyNicolahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03234207613453377775noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-630857423783823238.post-61229185004001615212011-09-04T09:43:24.497-07:002011-09-04T09:43:24.497-07:00Mari these are sooooo gorgeous!Mari these are sooooo gorgeous!Kathleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05190513462569145743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-630857423783823238.post-14812760910358305102011-09-04T07:45:24.695-07:002011-09-04T07:45:24.695-07:00They look so pretty I must try them..

So, I am your newest admiring follower.

Thanks for reminding me about brioche. It is such a long time since I baked them. I must admit, however, that I do love them best in the traditional baking tins. They look so pretty and, as you say, the texture is different.

AnnaAnna at the Doll Househttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18282617177491266907noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-630857423783823238.post-26681831792238032392011-09-03T13:35:22.295-07:002011-09-03T13:35:22.295-07:00Mari: Your photos are wonderful--I just want to r...Mari: Your photos are wonderful--I just want to reach in and have one now!
