The yogurt (& whey) contain live, beneficial cultures--that's what probiotics are all about. :DMari @ Once Upon a Platehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16780341844995085098noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-630857423783823238.post-25573458766831900572010-08-11T05:13:40.783-07:002010-08-11T05:13:40.783-07:00You mentioned leaving it on the counter for a few ...You mentioned leaving it on the counter for a few days,,,doesn't it spoil??Doreenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12293161364499591409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-630857423783823238.post-15527839791544867592010-08-10T19:19:32.108-07:002010-08-10T19:19:32.108-07:00Oh Yum!!!. I have seen it done before, but not so wonderfully explained and pictured.

I love the idea of making a savory cheese to put on crackers, bagels or use as a spead on sandwiches. I bet a small dollop on eggs would be wonderful

I am off to do some grocery shopping later today, and I am making this good for all of us cheese!

I am such a fan of yours! I love to learn, and your blog is a fantastic classroom!
YvonneYvonne @ StoneGablehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10071383858803336708noreply@blogger.com
